Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
We collect only what we need to run moreDS: your account details, the information needed to keep your account secure, and billing records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
1. Who is responsible for your data
EL FAITAH LLC operates moreDS (the “Service”) and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we cannot read them.
- Things you save: content you create in the Service, such as saved search filters.
- Messages: what you send us when you contact support.
Information collected automatically
- Sign-in and security records: when you sign in and use your account, we record your IP address, browser and device type (user agent) and the time, for each session and for security events such as sign-ins, password changes and sign-outs. You can see and end your active sessions in your account settings.
- Searches: the search terms and filters you use in the research tools, which our servers send to the data providers that power those tools. They are not linked to your name or email when sent.
- Cookies and browser storage: described in our Cookie Policy.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number is entered on and stored by Stripe, never on our servers. We receive limited details from Stripe, such as your name, billing country, the card brand and last four digits, and the status of your payments.
3. How we use your information
- to create and run your account and provide the Service;
- to verify your email, sign you in and keep your account secure, including detecting and preventing fraud and abuse;
- to process payments, activate and track your plan period and keep billing and tax records;
- to send you service emails, such as email verification, password resets, receipts and important changes to the Service or our terms;
- to answer your questions and provide support;
- to maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Service;
- to comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the Service you signed up for and process your payments.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and maintain and improve it, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: to keep financial records and respond to lawful requests.
- Consent: where we ask for it; you can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Stripe, for payment processing and fraud prevention;
- Resend, to deliver service emails;
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects our websites;
- our hosting provider, which operates the servers where the Service and its database run.
Some content in the Service, such as product images, videos, embedded TikTok posts and country flags, loads directly from the websites that host it (for example marketplace image servers and TikTok). Those providers receive your IP address and browser information when your browser loads the content, under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public, and to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. How long we keep it
- Account information is kept while your account is open, and deleted or anonymised after you close it, except where we must keep it longer.
- Sign-in sessions expire after seven days without renewal. Security records are kept for as long as they are needed to protect accounts and investigate abuse.
- Billing and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which can be up to seven years.
7. Security
We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure session cookies and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8. International transfers
EL FAITAH LLC is a United States company, and our service providers operate in several countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain uses of it;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
